Erin is passionate about engagement. She employs design thinking to foster a cohesive project with stellar results. Her holistic approach blends experience from her work as a musician and artist with her immersion in the business world. Her innate curiosity ensures the divination of the proper content matched to the appropriate audience.

Erin intuitively navigates the nuanced world of quick turnarounds, evolving technology, and multiple rapid-fire iterations with ease. Her diplomatic approach to high-profile, high-energy, high-stakes ventures is the adhesive that keeps the team focused and creative. Her energy radiates to the team and gives the project life. Erin is particularly invigorated by deploying large-scale employee engagement programs, business sims and games, and events.

Though Erin has earned accolades for leadership and delivering exceptional business results, she is most proud of her “Light-hearted” award for making the workplace more fun while working at Emanuel Hospital. She is also a member of Sigma Beta Delta International Honors Society. Erin has worked with Nike, Microsoft, Zero Discharge for Harmful Chemicals, Cascadia Green Building Council, and 1% for the Planet over the past five years.

Erin has an MBA in Sustainable Business Development from Marylhurst University. She is a committed lifelong learner and can often be found taking additional coursework.
